RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for a full refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is returned in a worn, used, or damaged condition, the customer will also be responsible for any reduction in value or cleaning/restoration costs required upon inspection.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Misused Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by:

  • Misuse or improper care

  • General wear and tear

  • Accidental damage after delivery
